The regular Village of Liberty Council meeting is scheduled for September 12, 2018, In council Chambers at 54 Prince Street, Imperial, SK at 7:00 pm
RM Council Meeting
The regular scheduled meeting of Council will be held Monday, SEPTEMBER 10, 2018 at 8 a.m. in the Municipal Office in Imperial, SK.
A Public Meeting will precede the regular meeting of council.
Proposed Subdivision
Rural Municipality of Big Arm, No. 251
PUBLIC NOTICE
Public Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 5.3.2 (1)(e) of the R.M. of Big Arm Zoning Bylaw No. No. 04/2008, the Rural Municipality of Big Arm, No. 251 has received a Proposed Agricultural Subdivision request which encompasses a subdivision on SE 21-25-25 W2 and N1/2 22-25-25 W2 for a subdivision of a proposed 29.243 acres.
This subdivision proposal is within the acres allowed in a subdivision in the agricultural zone of the municipality and the current landowner has agreed to the subdivision.
This is a discretionary variance allowance as council has the authority to review if there would be an impact on a municipal roadway or culverting system and therefore subject to public notice.
Please inform the RM of your support or opposition to this proposal by July 9, 2018 prior to 8:00 a.m..
Additional information relating to the proposed subdivision application may be obtained from the municipal office of the RM of Big Arm, No. 251.
A Public Meeting will be held on Monday July 9, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. regarding this matter.

The Village of Liberty’s annual Drinking Water Quality and Compliance Report is now available at the Municipal Office located at 54 Prince Street, Imperial, SK.
REMINDER-Report Controlled Burns
PLEASE REMEMBER TO CALL JUST PRIOR TO STARTING

When reporting a Control Burn you will be asked the following questions:
- What is your land location? - Who is your Fire Service Provider? - Driving directions from local Fire Department? - What are you burning? - How long will your burn last? - Name and phone number?
You will be asked to call back, once the burn has been completed, or as updates are required.
Reporting your control burn will help eliminate unnecessary callouts to your local fire department. Consider the weather before you burn.
NEW! Fire Services Bylaw
As of May 9, 2016 there is a new bylaw in affect regarding Fire Bans. Please refer to the Forms and Maps section to see Bylaw No. 03/2016.
Please note: There is no Fire Bans on at this moment, check back periodically for any new information.
Attention gravel haulers
Haul Agreements are required for anyone hauling aggregate in the R.M. of Big Arm and can be obtained at the office here in Stalwart.
